MEADFA membership is open to companies or individuals dealing in the retail of products in the Tax Free and Duty Free travel industry operating within the Middle East and Africa Region.

- Company Profile or CV for individuals
- Trade License or legal registration
- CV of the Company representative
- Passport copy of the company representative
- Passport size Photo
- Completed Application Form duly signed by the individual or company’s authorized signatory
